Shipping and Returns

At this time we are only offering shipping within the United States.

Every order is personally packaged by me and goes out for delivery as soon as possible (Usually within 1 business days of the order being placed). We use USPS with the below shipping options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location, Orders over $40 ship free 

 30-day return policy: I love to see happy customers so if you purchase any of my products from cougkie.com and don't receive what you expect, reach out through the site's contact form or through the link below and I'll personally work with you to replace or return the item. Please include your reason for returning and a picture of the item if it has a defect or was damaged in shipping and I will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
