Donating to Every Mother Counts for my Birthday

It's my birthday today and to celebrate I want your help raising funds for a wonderful charity called Every Mother Counts. 

Most people don't know this but I barely survived being born and came out with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck. Both my Mom and I barley survived that day, luckily my parents had insurance and could go to a good hospital. Sadly though 800 mothers a day are not as lucky and die due to complications related to pregnancy or childbirth. That works out to 1 woman dying every 2 minutes from a simple lack of quality maternity care. 

So to give back and save lives I'll be donating half of all Cougkie.com profits from October 19th (my B-day) to October 29th to an incredible charity called Every Mother Counts who's mission is to bring quality, respectful, and equitable maternity care to mothers who would have otherwise not had access too it.
